SHHHH 0x1F – Super Happy Holiday Hacker House – 2013-12-13
What: Super Happy Holiday Hacker House 0x1F!
The members of the Vancouver Hack Space are pleased to invite all members, non-members, guests, friends and Mayors-of-large-Canadian-cities to join together in some holiday merrymaking.
Never been to the hack space before? This is the perfect time to visit! Super Happy Hacker House is a social night where members and non-members are welcome to gather for conversation, beverages, lightning talks, and super happy hacking. Bring your laptops, Arduinos, crafts, and gadgets for a night of merrymaking!
Some festive things we could do:
- laze holiday tree ornaments
- program the LED array to display some cool holiday lighting – menorah candles? tacky xmas lights?
- mount and decorate the upside-down christmas tree from last year
- enjoy live music!
Our good great fiends at Storm Brewing will be supplying us with some of their most exciting fall/winter brews. Other beverages and some snacks will also be available. Please feel free to bring something along to share with your old and new friends. Please bring your own cup. All donations to the hack space will be graciously appreciated.
