Three Week Bins

Put all your e-waste here.

• Electronic waste
• Electronics that are not VHS's property

• VHS property
• Things that are not electronic
• Things that you are not familiar with (e.g. 3D printer parts if you're not part of the 3D Printing Group, electronics tools if you're not involved with organizing the electronics benches, etc)
• Useless chunks of plastic/wood
• Food

Remove the item(s) and put them away, back where they belong. Post to talk to let people know that the item(s) are not junk.

• If it's in the 3rd-week bin, claim it and give it a good home. Reuse.
• If it's in the 2nd-week bin, post to Talk requesting the item(s).
• If it's in the 1st-week bin, leave it alone unless it's either yours or VHS's (and put it back away where it belongs).

Someone do-ocratically calls the Hackery and arranges for a pickup of the 3rd-week bin, or drops it off themselves, and then that becomes the new 1st-week bin, and the rest of the bins move down one. That person could be you! We do not have paid employees.
