Does it need to be a proposal? (Does it require an Ordinary Resolution or Special Resolution, or is it something that can be done do-ocratically)

Does it relate to bylaws, constitution,code of conduct, grievance procedure? ( Special Resolution - requires advanced notice, can't significantly amend text, etc)

Does it relate to policy / rules?

Before the General Meeting

Post on the Forum (at least 7 days before general meeting for special resolutions) (Format the resolution properly - < 200 words?) Garner any feedback
