  * Plug in the Jtag USB beside the power connector and the UART USB on the otherside of the power connector. 
  * JP7 - JP11 should be "down" connecting SIG to GND.
  * Power on the Zedboard and you should see to USB devices connected.

  * Install the JTAG drivers
    * https://store.digilentinc.com/all-products/software/
    * select Digilent ADEPT, select Download
    * Download and install Runtime and Utilities
    * select Digilent Plugin for Xilinx Tools, Select Download
    * Download the libCseDigilent plugin tar file.
    * copy Digilent plugin files 
      * from libCseDigilent_2.5.2-x86_64/ISE14x/plugin
      * to SDK/2015.1/lib/lnx64.o
      * to Vivado/2015.1/data/xicom/vcse_plugins/lnx64.g/Xilinx/libCseTcfPlugin
    * sudo udevadm control -R
    * djtgcfg enum "if this detects the Digilent Zed" the reboot is optional 
  * reboot after
  * djtgcfg enum "should find Digilent Zed"
